Most probably it's against their owners interest and they'd be deeply surprised if they ever read their own terms & conditions but yeah, nobody ever does that. All these regulations were only written to produce a bunch of text to justify a lawyer's invoice. 🤮

(I do think lawyers have competence and relevance and can help society but this doesn't help anyone.)
