Support says this doesn't happen a lot (well, uh, yeah, it SHOULDN'T....), but when it does, it's usually because the customer called in and wanted changes made to the account - and then someone in support, instead of making the change, bungles it and deletes the whole thing
not so in our case. We hadn't called, hadn't requested any changes. and yet... SOMEONE DELETED OUR ENTIRE PROFILE lmao
which made it so we saw this super odd behaviour.
