I HATE when apps assign keyboard shortcuts nominally (which vary with keyboard locale) and not based on physical location, so I have to remap everything for my keyboard locale. And in some advanced apps, that's dozens if not hundreds of shortcuts.
Example: #Resolve uses opt+number for targeting tracks, but Czech QWERTZ uses shift for numbers, so "opt-2" is actually "opt-ě" on the physical keyboard. #FCPX doesn't have this issue.

Kaffeefight im Freudenhaus. Olé, das war mal 'ne spaßige Einlage im sonst eher drögen #Tatort aus #Wien heute. Da reißt auch der Bibi-Faktor nix mehr raus. Schade eigentlich, aus dem Plot / der Story hätte mehr werden müssen. Aber: Christina Scherrer (als Meret Schande) entwickelt sich echt gut und die leicht seniorigen Nebenrollen sind auch Klasse besetzt.
Ungeklärt bis in alle Ewigkeit bleibt das Mysterium der Putzhilfe im Hintergrund des Modellbau-Situation-Room. -

Mal abgesehen von der Bagatellisierung von Wirtschaftskriminalität ("Nur'n paar Steuervergehen in der Vergangenheit") ein grandioser #Tatort heute. Ganz besonders Haller (Chr. Urspruch), Klemm (M.Großmann) und Löckchen (K.Lodyga) konnten überzeugen. Thiel (A.Prahl) leider mit paar Aussetzern. Die Gratwanderung zwischen Klamauk und feinem Humor ist diesmal gelungen,

Meine Güte, das war ja mal konstruiert heute beim #Tatort aus #Frankfurt . Dabei ist mir auch wieder richtig krass aufgefallen, wie absurd realitätsfern die Polizist*innen gezeichnet werden, so mit Empathie und intrinsischer Motivation Fälle zu lösen. Habe ich in der Realität nicht nie gesehen und noch nie von gehört.

None of my wife's Apple devices auto-update. Not apps, nor OS updates.
- autoupdates are enabled. Turning them off and on doesn't fix the issue.
- devices are new (16 Pro and M4 iPad Pro) and/or and fully supported (M1 Air)
- this is going on for years
- no network weirdness or other hacks on her devices, even on previous phone and iPad
- plenty of disk space on all of them
- signing out and in of Apple ID doesn't fixI have absolutely no idea what's going on.
