Here's another #SuzeeScienceSinger #song from the #H2O #science Workshop. It's an #EarlyChildhoodEducation workshop that presents some basic #Chemistry concepts: phases of matter, what a molecule is, water's special shape etc. We do lots of fun things in the workshop. We pretend we are molecules at different temperatures. We watch salt disappear into the water and then paint pictures that reappear as the water evaporates... And we sing some songs. This is another #SuzeeScienceSinger #song from the Bugs and Seeds workshop. This, and six others, are science workshops for kids 3-9 years old. After I sing this song, "Every Little Seed" we pretend we are seeds put down a root, push through the soil unfold our leaves and grow towards the sun. I ask them what kind of plant they are. One kid told me he was an "apple crisp" plant. :02smile:

Well #Today I am going to try my hand at perogen. I have never made them before. But my Baba used to. I can remember holding one with both hands (probably because I was very small) and loving every bite. So #tonight it will be Perogen and tzimmes for dinner Day 7 #chanakah #HappyChanuka #hanukkah
Sadly, they did not turn out as good as Baba's. (Surprise!) But with the sauce for the Tzimmes they were ok.
Next year I will make them with white flour. LOL
