CW: GAHT, HRT, trans, progesterone, estradiol, AFib
I transitioned to #EstradiolPatch back in October of last year. Since then, my E number has been well below where it should be. (26-36 pg/mL) I got new labs this past Friday. It came back as 172! Finally. I was really worried that I would never be able to do patches successfully. I really need patches to work because of the #AFib and stroke risk.

Last night was not good sleep wise. I didn't get to sleep until after 11pm, which is not too bad. But, I was up 4, maybe 5, times to pee. Thanks #spiro .
My sinuses are acting up again. And the fibro flare from Tuesday is still hanging around.
Never mind the repeated nightmares that also woke me up several times.

I had a day yesterday. Stressful, but I seem to be okay. They sent me home from the ER, so not admitted.
Now that the stress of that day is over? Of course, I have a #MigraineWithAura starting. I took two Extra Strength Tylenol. Pain may (or may not) arrive later.
I realized long ago that relief of stress (for me) is a #migraine trigger. Taking something during the aura will usually stave off the pain.

I just spent a little over 3 hours in an ER because of a prolonged #AFib episode. I tried to wait it out for a couple of hours before giving in and going. I don't think I'll wait that long next time. I'm exhausted and I think I've triggered another #fibromyalgia flare.

Followup:
I got a response from the doctor's office already. They are having the transmission sent to them for review by the doctor. More significantly, though, per the RN:
"In the meantime, If you have another episode of low heart rate accompanied with light headedness or dizziness we would recommend ER evaluation."
So that's fun. Maybe a bit more significant than I thought.

That's when I noticed the heart rate recording showed that 30 bpm reading over a two hour window. Dug in a little deeper and discovered it was from about 12:27pm until 1:25pm. That's roughly when I started to regain awareness of my surroundings.
Fun times, eh?

I also messaged the doctor via the portal to let them know I had sent that transmission.
It started with what I thought was me falling asleep at my WFH desk. I startled "awake", realized I was feeling exhausted, and went to lie down in my bed. I had limited awareness of what was going on until I started to come out of it at about 1:45pm.
I checked the health app (Samsung) curious as to how long I had slept in that "nap".

I had an episode this afternoon where for roughly an hour, my #HeartRate dropped to 30bpm. This is according to my smartwatch readout. You may remember that I have experienced some #bradycardia in the past year, and it's part of why I had a loop recorder implanted in my chest recently. Never before has such an episode lasted this long though.
I transmitted the readings from the recorder to the cardiac doctor's office.

I'm sorry. This is not funny, to me. I believe that, even if I were not #trans I would be very uncomfortable using a woman's appearance to attack her. We should be better than this. But because I am trans, the "Butch Body" part of this is especially upsetting. I've tried not to comment so far, but this is just too much.
Don't get me wrong. MTG is a horrible person, and I say that as a recent resident of Georgia.

I'd already been using Flonase for the runny nose. Later today, I'll start my at least annual regimen of Claritin, which to be fair, should probably have happened a couple of weeks ago. If it had, I might have been able to avoid this nastiness.
My only excuse is that I'm living in a new place, and didn't realize just how much the pollens around here would affect me. 🤷♀️
