CW: GAHT, HRT, trans, progesterone, estradiol, AFib
I transitioned to #EstradiolPatch back in October of last year. Since then, my E number has been well below where it should be. (26-36 pg/mL) I got new labs this past Friday. It came back as 172! Finally. I was really worried that I would never be able to do patches successfully. I really need patches to work because of the #AFib and stroke risk.

Estradiol patches! Where's the best place to put them for 3.5 days of adhesion? I'm switching patches for the first time tomorrow and I'm not happy with how iffy this one is on my stomach, near my hip. Not enough loss of adhesion to be anywhere near falling off, but there's deff some loss.
Idk, I figure it can't hurt to ask. Maybe it's just the nature of things. Maybe it's another one of those personalized things. #estradiolpatch #estradiol #hrt #question -

Question for trans women using Estradiol transdermal patches. Where's the optimal placement of your patch, and why?
I've got 0.05 mg/day patches (one per week) arriving Friday or Monday according to order tracking. I realized that, having never used a medical patch before, I don't really know where to put it once I get it. Thanks.
