I have to learn to stop googling things I like with no other context. I was really enjoying #caroleandtuesday and then I read so many stupid things about how it’s queerphobic because it has some queer characters who are horrible, or one characters representation was clumsy, or that Tuesday - a teenage girl - randomly got a crush on an older man and wasn’t a lesbian 🙄 it really ruins it for me because I just stay perma-annoyed at the stupidness. Or if I find an actor or VA has been a twat.

Ontem começamos a assistir #CaroleAndTuesday na #Netflix e to adorando o anime, principalmente pelas músicas. Tem uma parte futurista não tão distante, sobre IAs dominando toda a produção musical e as protagonistas contrapondo a isto, perseguindo o sonho de cantar e fazer arte a moda antiga.
Uma trivia: cada episódio tem no título o nome de alguma música famosona, começando com True Colors da Cindy Lauper, passando por Video Killed The Radio Star, Every Breath You Take e muito mais!

Watching #CaroleAndTuesday and it's interesting that the singing voices of the main characters are different from their voice actors. Maybe #StevenUniverse spoiled me, since there a lot of the cast was selected in part because of their musical background. Maybe it's subtle, but to me it makes the songs more immersive, because it really feels like it's that character singing. Also they can more seamlessly transition from speaking to singing.

Additionally, the song is one half of the #doubleAsided single, the flip side of which was "#ItsTooLate". Together, both "I Feel the Earth Move" and "It's Too Late" became among the biggest mainstream pop hits of 1971. #JonLandau's review of the Tapestry for #RollingStone praised King's voice on this track.
