Watched 'Feel My Voice' aka 'Non Abbiam Bisogno Di Parole' which was a surprisingly beautiful small Italian movie.
The story is about a teenage girl. She's the only hearing member of a deaf family, discovers she has a talent for singing & learns to believe in herself through her passion for singing. A lovely simple story film just to enjoy, with real deaf actors. Recommended watching.

Yesterday I saw One Battle After The Other, and I was like holy shæt that score, then I saw Jonny Greenwood in the end titles and it made perfect sense.

CW: Edgerunners season 1 (early episodes) spoiler
With the new #Cyberpunk2077 #Edgerunners coming, I'd like to reiterate that maybe they shouldn't use mothers in these stories as just someone whose death the protagonist can cry over. Not saying Edgerunners was bad, but I 1000% would have watched a series about a single mom trying raise a son in a cyberpunk dystopia. Would have stood out a lot more imho than the story they chose to go with.
So, yknow, #anime writers in general, just something to consider: maybe don't kill off the mom in the first few episodes?

Watched #TheWindRises again, this time with my family. Now that I'm in a relationship, the story had even more meaning.
Also, if you can avoid watching it with the Hungarian subtitles, do it. They really botched it.

Watching #CaroleAndTuesday and it's interesting that the singing voices of the main characters are different from their voice actors. Maybe #StevenUniverse spoiled me, since there a lot of the cast was selected in part because of their musical background. Maybe it's subtle, but to me it makes the songs more immersive, because it really feels like it's that character singing. Also they can more seamlessly transition from speaking to singing.

Some of the best action in #animation I've seen, especially independent animation. Also that vehicle chase, *chef kiss*.
