Fix version for Openreads 2.5.1 released now 🦺 🚧

- Book status is autofilled for books from Open Library
- Sorting by books start/finish dates does not break the list.
- Selecting books does not rearrange them
- Editing book's current cover does not require app restart to present the change
- Edit book screen does not jitter when typing

Quick fix for Openreads 2.4.1 just got released🧑‍🏭 🦺

It will fix some screens breaking when either finish or start date is not set.
