Updating #TraduSquare #Weblate from 5.17 to 2026.8 went fine, but it was a long journey of ~8 hours (we have 800k strings in 21 projects 😲).
Unfortunately we had to disable our custom translation checks as it seems the highlight and render APIs have changed. We will migrate them in the next days...

After some time of consideration, I've finally decided to migrate the app from #Github to Codeberg! You can check out the new repo at https://codeberg.org/Divinelink/scenepeek

The app is also being translated to many languages already, thanks to the help of contributors from weblate. I'll make sure to include all the people who have helped in the translation process, maybe by adding a section in the app, wdyt?

I like the small improvements in #software. For a while now, #Weblate now displays the priority of components with these little icons, for priorities from very high (two arrows up), high (one arrow up), normal (nothing), low and very low (downward arrow, 2 downward arrows).

Components already had priorities, but they were invisible and only affected sorting.

FairScan 2.2.0 is out.

About two years in the making, I'm very happy my initial proposal to donate to Weblate paid off. Now the hard part will come over summer: dropping md2po, pulling those markdown files directly into Weblate, and updating our Weblate configuration. I choose to filter by "number of words" then to see "untranslated" strings and I translate.
