Never underestimate the irritation and stress can be caused by a small, paranoid, petty man with a tiny amount of power who has realised they can’t bullshit you like the others around you.

And the others may be fine to you normally, but they then sit silently endorsing the behaviour when it happens to you, or worse, laugh along when a joke is made at a (woman) engineer’s expense when she isn’t on the call to defend herself.

@thisisjofrank raised #yesallmen to me and others earlier this year at #emfcamp. And she remains right.
