I do struggle to keep the #WryComment dial down low enough sometimes, it's even more easily kicked off because apparently I think I'm funny.

Earlier I moved my humour warning practically to top of my bio. I have seen confusion 🤣

@rudolf @wielding good advice. Not sure I really plan to go that deeply into it. I now have a pretty good guess at the backstory now. That's likely enough without getting deeply into that.

That sort of 'society" invokes my curiosity but not real interest. Thank you very much for your input, I'll still poke around a bit but not too deeply.

Sometimes that can also ruin memories. It's a terrible thing that facts rule over perceptions..

I have a new #firewall requirement.

I think I need time-of-day domain blocking for anything Mastodon. I didn't even have to do that when my teenage daughter was living here 😂

It's either that or 'accidentally' break my phone. I'm too cheap to use the data plan to get around the firewall.

Let's see if I can cold-turkey this for a bit. But just thinking about what I'm going to do instead has already started the jones-ing....

@andy_warb I can do this a couple of ways. Both on my existing firewall and the new one I'm putting together.

I have a #PiHole as well so that would be yet another way that I hadn't thought of. Should have remembered to put the #WryComment tag on the toot.
