So, we drove down there and spent about half an hour disassembling it and shoving it into my car and strapping the rest to the top. As far as I can tell it's in perfect working condition, no issues.

Sometimes I feel like the universe is saying a special hello to me through little acts of synchronicity like this. When it happens I just feel so profoundly centered and grateful and fully in the moment.

So, last night, my husband and I had a low grade fight and we both agreed he needed a way to let off his stress in some vigorous way. We talked about getting him some kinda of gym equipment so he could work off his extra steam, he mentioned a maybe getting a bowflex during the discussion.

So, today, I went to the store, and someone had put a complete Bowflex Ultimate Home Gym set up out on the street for free.
