Immer noch kein echtes Shooting, aber @lexis Inspiration zur Akzentfarbe ist fast mehr versehentlich als beabsichtigt zur Realität geworden.
Wobei "Bordeaux" fairerweise doch eine Nummer unauffälliger gewesen wäre, aber leider superschwer zu finden. Da Smartphone-Mount und die Einstellungsschrauben der Bremsen ohnehin schon passten, blieb auch nicht mehr viel Spielraum.Ob ein dunkelrotes Brettchen/Kiste für das Pizzablech vorn schon übertrieben wäre? 😜

Pelago and Pizzablech have arrived 😜
Das Pizzablech kommt für die CM am Freitag vermutlich noch kurz an den #GreyGecko als stilvolle Transportmöglichkeit der Beschallungsanlage 🔊, danach wandern vermutlich aber die weißen Bleche, der weiße Sattel und beide Gepäckträger an die Neue... Und damit wäre der erste angepeilte Alltagszustand hergestellt.
(Auch wenn der Hochglanz-Pelago nicht perfekt zum matten Rest passt. Evtl nachspritzen)

So, neue Schlappen (WTB Horizon) und Pedale drauf. Jetzt noch das Schutzblech montieren. Hinten wird einfach - vorne eine Herausforderung. Aber das bekomm ich schon gefrickelt.

Best time in spring: fully new drivetrain, chain, cogs, bottom bracket, the hela hoito. Need to change the brake pads still.
Lower chain stay was pretty scratched and rusty, so cleaned that and put some lacquer I had lying around on it. And it wasn't even clear :D But hey, this bike ain't a beauty contestant either...
And don't want to ride it just yet: there's still melting snow, gravel, salt and shit, so will wait till next week for drier and sunnier conditions, as I want to enjoy the clean and smooth mechanical transmission of energy for once.
Meanwhile riding on my single speeds Sibbo, which isn't fixed gear, but smootjm and lazy rollings with a flywheel and disc brakes.
