While it was an interesting debate about how to improve the situation of #gatekeeper's competitors, it's striking that no one wanted to discuss why we have (and whether we need) digital gatekeepers in the first place.

Oh so now #Google lobbyist says our #selfpreferencing of hotel search isn't a problem because in the end hotels benefit?

Same #DMA workshop: the #bigtech lobbyist asks how the ban on #selfpreferencing can be made compatible with all the supposed benefits of gatekeeper integrating all kinds of services.
