I sewed a blue satchel for the stuff i need when going to the zendo. I used a blue nettle i dyed in the washing machine. The satchel is big enough for holding my meditation apparel, a drinking bottle and all the stuff one needs when leaving the house.
The pattern for this was free.

I found out today that Shawn Smith died in 2019, so I'm going down an early-90s Seattle music rabbit hole on Spotify...

Smith was the front man for various bands in the 90s, including #Brad (with Stone Gossard), #Satchel and #Pigeonhed. At the time, it seemed like every artist had a band, a side-project or three, and a solo project, and Shawn Smith was in most of them!
