🌈 #Queercraft is one of the oldest and largest #LGBTQIAplus gaming communities. Run by Prism, a 501(c)(3) registered charity, it hosts a public #Minecraft server with survival and creative gamemodes, as well as a live radio show every Saturday night at 08:00 PM EST. I've been playing on the Minecraft server since January 2026, and I can swear to how friendly and supportive the Queercraft community is. Staff is active and deals swiftly with any trolls or griefers who find their way into the Minecraft server. Members are eager to help, whether to offer words of encouragement or free materials for building or mapart projects. (Even if it affects my in-game business; please, I'm trying to sell my wool here /j)

This summer, Queercraft runs a fundraiser with a goal of 7,500 USD. All proceeds will go to Queercraft's upkeep. I've produced 80 frame looms for Art Squared, an annual art fair and competition in Indianapolis, as giveaways from The Church Within. It was a lot of laser cutting! They are lovely, though, and this is a great prototype for my Creative Placemaking events that'll run in 2024. Stoked!
