@mindaugas @sealnose @itsfoss The two aren't really comparable, as #Purism finances it's #FreeSoftware PureOS distro which works on their computers and phones, #FOSS drivers and #Pureboot development and upstreams the work so other #gnuLinux distros and users can also benefit.

@purism Btw, you should post the announcement on your socials or at least share this post. Please post on #Odysee + #Peertube (if you have), not only YT. I think Odysee has a Linux desktop app now to sync your YT channel so you don't have to reupload.

@frameworkcomputer @malte Thanks. Looks very interesting. I'll have to look into that - very nice with DIY aspects. But it doesn't seem geared towards privacy, like having #intelmanagementengine turned off (?) and various other things that #purism does. And does it support #pureboot?
