What is the difference between Microsoft Copilot and a Microsoft Copilot+ laptop??

There are very few users at the moment that will have to deal with Recall, but it only takes on Copilot+ laptop to start taking automatic and regular screenshots of messages in a private Signal group!

And I'm sure they will handle this Data just as well as they have handled security & privacy practices thus far.......
