Other than #nitazenes (nasty stuff), I don't think the #drugs usage patterns in #Suffolk have changed all that much - all this stuff was widespread 20 years ago when I first moved here... maybe its just a case that more folk are at least getting treatment - but you've also got the local Tory Councillor sticking her oar in and moaning about "demand reduction" (i.e more #prohibition - which they have been trying 2 decades with only limited success)

Fake #oxycodone sold in UK containing #nitazenes - has already killed 2 people on the club drug scene in #London - two worrying things - one is that they seems to be produced from the same network as partydrugs (given that MDMA and ketamine is also found in trace amounts), also why are people even taking these for partying? (oxys themselves are no good for that, and are addictive)

PSA: #Nitazenes are finding their way into #cocaine and other substances sold as #partydrugs all across the #UK - also #xylazine is turning up as an adulterant (its been reported in street #ketamine).
I'm also increasingly hearing of people from the #rave scene who don't normally take the harder stuff keeling over as they accidentally end up consuming these substances - #drugs #harmreduction

LB: These #nitazenes are even finding its way into the #partydrugs used at #raves and #festivals (where #opiates are generally unpopular) and its leading to fatalities (my friends told me about one case at a prominent UK festival just last year, a young man who would not normally touch opiates was killed)
