Thoughts so far-
Bandwagon - Federated. Cool. Open source. Cool. Easy to setup payments. Quick fedistribution (??) with indie beat. Track-by-track upload is a pain, but other than that its great.
Mirlo - Federated. Cool. Open source. Cool. Easy to upload files in batch and not much work to fill out track data. Feature wise has the most potential I think.
Subvert - Not federated. Not open source. Site works well but I still feel weird about it.

Uploading music to Bandwagon.fm results in embedded tracks as posts that can be played on Mastodon. Is there something similar for Mirlo? Pasting the track URLs in my search bar found nothing

I am finally accepting the new M-Corp EP. 5 tracks written entirely using a bit of old Roland, and an out-take from the 'Garden Invicta' album. Nothing too deep but it makes a nice coda so I can move on to whatever the next thing is.

CW: Bandcamp artists and fedishunning
Re the whole #Bandcamp situation. I started out there and now have a frankly ridiculous amount of time and work poured into that platform with 115 releases containing 700+ individual tracks.
I’ve read toots recently, the tooter saying they won’t boost music toots if they contain any Bandcamp links.
Who is it you think you’re punishing?🤔
Do you think there’s no effort involved in migrating to one of three or hell, all three alternate platforms?
#Mirlo, #Subvert, #JamCoop are all great and I’m glad they exist. It is not going to take me five minutes to move.
If it’s not clear: Don’t punish artists!
