@BG_Grace there appears to be some problem with the cached image. I don't know enough web development crap to understand what is going on here, but it seems to be the cached preview image is misleading, some kind of online gambling ad.

I've just been hit by that same bug when uploading an audio file - ALT text was gone after upload, but stayed once editing the post.

I'm pretty sure that didn't use to be the case in earlier versions of Mastodon 🤔

I’ve not heard of “Pascal case” but what you describe is what seems to be commonly understood as “title case”. And indeed camelCase has a lowercase 1st char. Out of laziness, i’ll type w/camelCase but indeed robotic suggestions are ideally TitleCase.

Sometimes when I toot it fails to delete or completely delete from the area I wrote it in. This can leave me wondering if the post has been made and I have to scroll to see if it was made.

This bug probably causes less people to add alt text to images.

When I am using the mastodon app on my iPad, on the last image you can’t see where you add alt text and it is difficult to access it.

Screen 1: Picture is added to post, alt text is covered.

Screen 2: Keyboard closed. You can now see and tap the alt text. (which is very hard to read on light backgrounds)

Screen 3: Keyboard is back up but you can’t see where you are typing.

The "Play Sound" notification toggles are broken in the most recent version of #Mastodon. Even when turned off they still make sound... #MastodonBugs
