Picked more tomatoes yesterday and some peppers today.
There was about 10 lbs / 4.5 kg of tomatoes total, mostly Amish Paste but I picked the red cherry tomatoes too. All but 8 of the sweet Red Marconi peppers were sliced up and put in the dehydrator.

The sweet peppers and jalapenos are getting planted today. I was originally planning for 6 in each bed but I also left the jalapenos out of the plan. They're all getting planted. 8 Red Marconi in the North bed and 5 California Wonder Bell plus 4 Jalapeno Very Hot.

Maybe there is hope for the little stubby purple pepper plant. This one formed on the plant with the obvious Marconi pepper so I guess it's just making little round things when the weather is cold. The other long but weirdly shaped ones are Jalapenos and have some normal looking ones growing now. The bell peppers are all tiny bumps. There's finally some new plant growth in the last few days so maybe the too cool for growing weather has past.

Near to far, TAM Jalapeno not-hot for numb taste buds peppers x5, California Wonder 300 bell pepper x5, and Red Marconi sweet pepper x5.

Picked all the Marconi peppers today. The biggest for stuffed peppers tonight. The rest for the same thing but layered instead of stuffed next week.
The nice hot weather taste of the summer wasn't there but as it is said too much, better than nothing.

The two golden marconi pepper plants finally got some color going. Haven't had much luck with the non-red marconi peppers in recent years. They usually get sunburned easy too but they were so late this year they missed most of the heat. Probably a bad batch of seed and these were the last I had and only two plants made it.
More hollyhock seedlings too for next year transplanting or removal.

Picked more peppers today for dehydrating and chopped them all up with the other bucket full from last week.
Quicker chop job, just removed the bulk of the core and seeds and then sliced the red ones and put most of the yellow ones through the food processor slicer because I was getting tired of slicing peppers. The yellow ones have thinner skin too so less worry of too big of chunks.
Red Marconis and Sweet banana peppers.
