Sorte "Philamina" - die Spätzünderin, weil:
Das ist die Sorte, bei der der Wurzelballen abgefault war. Ich habe sie dann erneut tiefer eingepflanzt - erfolgreich und es hat sich gelohnt.😋

- sehr intensiv schmeckende Früchte,
- knackige Schale und trotzdem nicht zu fest,
- platzfest,
- für das Freiland geignet,
- nun eine kräftige Pflanze mit sehr gutem Ertrag.

Diese Sorte kommt auf die Liste für das nächste Jahr.👍

We used to have people asking for some stalks to use as seasonal decorations, but no one has asked this year so they're all for the chop. Just gives me more mulch for the tomatoes next spring. Going in for the ibuprofen night cap.

We used to have people asking for some stalks to use as seasonal decorations, but no one has asked this year so they're all for the chop. Just gives me more mulch for the tomatoes next spring. Going in for the ibuprofen night cap.

It all goes on a make-shift rack to keep off the ground. When it's all dug up, it goes through the shredder and gets composted.
