Been a rough year for the little balcony garden thus far, but I still get to make a couple jars of my favourite condiments. Garlic dill hot pepper rings (for sandwiches) and a fermented hot sauce (this year it's roasted green chilis & garlic with fresh coriander, parsley, and basil). About a month and a half left in the usual growing season, so hopefully there's still quite a bit more to come!
