Je nachdem, ob das Wort "hanglos" als Substantiv oder Adjektiv benutzt wird, bedeutet es "mit Hang" oder "ohne Hang":

"Ich habe beim Baulosverfahren das Hanglos bekommen." = Grundstück mit Hang

"Mein Garten ist der einzige im Tal, der hanglos ist." = Grundstück ohne Hang

Trotzdem kannte Lexica das Wort gar nicht. Meh.
