@endecasillabo io sono ancora in transizione dalla mia gmail, ed è lunga: sto migrando pian piano nella mia nuova mail Proton, però mi sono fatto pure una mail stronzi.org (di autistici/inventati) nel caso in cui Andy Yen si trasmormasse in ennesimo mostro transumano (leggi BigP). Per adesso lo utilizzo perché è stato "facile" il trasbordo da gmail + gcalendar con un click ma appunto per questo (perché è stato facile) sono diffidente. Mi ha convinto solo perché in un video in yt parlava alla fine di #fiducia però mi sembra ancora un po' "business oriented" e molto "competitivo". Quindi in gmail mi sono scaricato un .csv dei miei contatti che ho nel mio hd. Cmq per me meglio avere 300 mail diverse e creare + #kaos + #rivoltadigitale

Muy fan de la última versión #KaOS con entorno #Niri, incluso revela una nueva perspectiva de "escritorio" que anima y ameniza mucho trabajar con él. El modo de prueba sin instalar nada da mucho juego y espacio de configurar y amoldar sin complicaciones.

I'm looking at Repology, and I think most of the distributions and other downstreams have rightfully boycotted #Python #chardet #copywashing. Of course, there's the possibility that some of them are simply out-of-date, though.

So far chardet-7 is distributed by #Chromebrew, #CondaForge (not on Repology), #Homebrew, #KaOS, #OpenIndiana, #openmamba, #Ravenports, #Spack and #T2 SDE. Shame on you!

I think once I get caught up on my work and get some free time, I want to check out KaOS. I appreciate the project being true to their values. It is respectable to distance themselves from Systemd and KDE, which is not an easy task.

To be clear, KDE is introducing a new login Manager, PLM to replace SDDM. ONLY this component requires systemD, there is nothing that prevents you from running KDE and still using SDDM, and not needing SystemD

Me acabo de enterar que la distribución #KaOS está pensando abandonar #systemd por #dinit, por lo que ya no usa #KDEPlasma como entorno de escritorio sino que ahora usa #Niri. Que bueno que una distro ya consolidada quiera abandonar systemd a estas alturas. Veremos que pasa!!!

Cómo me aburren los retellings de #mitologíagriega yankificados y donde la única documentación es un recopilatorio moderno de 4 mitos. Por no hablar de la manía de aplicar el esquema abrahámico a cómo funcionaba el politeísmo helénico.

Hay un porrón de documentación más allá de un recopilatorio de "mitos griegos". Hay un porrón de historia y filosofía para que entiendas al menos cómo funcionaba la cosmovisión de la Antigüedad y hacer un retelling mucho más interesante que los mismos tópicos de siempre.
