    Litman had been referred to an #NHS #genderclinic in August 2019, and had been waiting 1,023 days for an #InitialAssessment before ending her #life.

    I'd be interested to hear from any other #Apprenticeship providers in the #UK what they make of the new funding rules requirement for an Initial Assessment meeting to be held with every #Apprentice and their #Employer prior to the course start, even when it's clear that the apprentice will not be able to provide evidence of competence of any KSBs. Is this a good use of our time and resources?
