This is a first-come-first-serve-signup, so you really have to be there on time.
The upside to this system is that if you do make it in they have kinda short waiting-lists (≤ 3 months) until your intake and can then get your first diagnosis within about a month. Second opinion and endo are external and especially the second one will take much longer (in my case possibly 6 months), but this might be the same elsewhere too.

Also: They are not contracted with any health-insurance company, so you will need a good restitutie-policy or really deep pockets, but if you have one of these, you should be fine.
