Interesting bioRxiv preprint by the groups of Liron Bar-Peled and A. John Iafrate. Great talk by Nathanael Gray at #ISCPDD. He presented his group’s work on induced proximity to regulate transcription. Exciting data on recruiting a transcriptional activator (e.g. BRD4 or CDK9) to replace co-repressors on the death regulator BCL6 to induce cell death.

I am a molecular biologist in the Protein Degradation group at GSK. I was trained in structural biology in my PhD. Got into chemical biology in my postdoc in Alessio Ciulli's  group in Dundee.
I am interested in targeted protein degradation and E3 ligase biology. Looking forward to read and share some interesting science on Mastodon.
