Just spent some time on feedback for a candidate after we weren't able to move forward in their interview. The response I got: "This is the first time someone has given me this helpful feedback in the year I've been looking. Thank you!"
Orgs / hiring managers: we have to do better than that. If someone interviews with you and could benefit from the feedback, try to provide it! Interviews are a way to add value to the world, too.
