I am sharing this with a heavy heart. During the ongoing war, carrying heavy water containers for long distances and enduring relentless exhaustion caused severe damage to my right knee. To this day, I suffer from agonizing, chronic cartilage and joint pain that severely limits my ability to move and care for my eight children.
My recent MRI reveals:
* A vertical radial tear in the root attachment of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
* A sprained/stretched ACL and moderate joint effusion.
I am in desperate need of urgent and chronic medical treatment to stand on my feet again, but I cannot afford it. Worse, due to these harsh circumstances, I struggle daily just to provide food and basic sustenance for my children.
