https://app.thestorygraph.com/profile/lapis
not pinning this (Yet) because I have not figured out how to organize pinned tabs in the new pin profile layout (thanks Website Boy :blobugh: )

I've released v0.3.0 of Autocaliweb – an web management platform for ebooks and a fork of Calibre-Web and CWA.
The release includes the possibility to sync reading progress to @hardcover and the possibility to choose as a User if the Kobo Plus tab and/or Overdrive tab should be activated or not.

I joined #HardcoverApp 📕 (@hardcover) a few days ago, imported all of my #Goodreads data, and as a #Bookworm, I'm super impressed! It didn't take me long to decide to become a paid supporter. 🤗 It's completely free, but you can become a supporter for some extra goodies.
If you're looking for a Goodreads or #StoryGraph alternative, do check out #Hardcover! Here is my profile:

In 1 hour at 12pm PST my Hardcover cofounder Ste and I will be going live to catch up on the holidays, talk about how the 2023 Year in Books launch went and plan out the new format for our show.
Tune in and chat. 🥳

Yesterday we published The Hardcover 2023 Year in Books. It's a look at the most popular books of the year across genres, trends, months and more.
A number of the authors featured have a presence here on Mastodon! We left the other site ourselves in 2023, and love to see more authors here.
I wanted to create a thread to callout a few of them that have released new books that were popular with the Hardcover community.

Teaser screen from the 2023 Year in Books we're releasing tomorrow (!). We have 36 full-page cards like this, each with one or many books in a category, timeframe or theme.
I have a feeling the pixelation won't hide too much from heavy science fiction readers 😂

Writing up requirements for the next few months of work on Hardcover. One of the things I'm most excited about is Discussions - but there are about a dozen pre-reqs to work towards first based on our user interviews.
One is getting a list of characters and chapters for each book.
Even knowing a characters is in a book can be a spoiler (if they're now alive for example).
We do something similar with genres, tags and moods - where each one can be marked as a spoiler.

Next week on Christmas, we're releasing the "2023 Year in Books" on Hardcover - a celebration of the most read books of the year, breakdown of trends, most popular authors and much more.
We're trying something fun for this - sending out stickers to authors who are featured. 😂

This graph shows the last 2 months of Hardcover Traffic. We're still at the "Just throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks" point in marketing. 😂

Fun feature today for Hardcover: show your progress on lists!
When looking at any list, we’ll show how many books on it you’ve read. Click to toggle between count and percentage.

We're launching Hardcover ( https://hardcover.app ) on ProductHunt today!
Hardcover is a book tracking social network for readers to track what you read, find life-changing books, and make lasting connections.
We've been building for just over two and half years, and it's exciting to reach this point.
I'd love to invite you to check out our launch and support us! Todays a great day to give us a shot. 😉

Imported my #Libby history into #GoodReads, so I can import THAT into #HardcoverApp @hardcover
Had to fiddle a bit with the CSV file as GR marks anything not otherwise marked when importing, and that messes up my read count.
