Good morning #hachyderms! I hope you all had a good weekend? I went for a walk in the woods and was eaten alive by mosquitos (I have 2-3 bites. My wife looks like a relief map of the Andes), did some gardening and got heat stroke (d'oh) and rewarded myself with a 70% off Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. Loving it so far!

Hello #hachyderms! I am back after 10 days off from work, #study and social media and feeling good! I went on (British) safari, Kentish seafront, essexish(?) Pleasure peir to see a tiny galleon (and froze my **** off), actually got on my #skates for the first time in years and did some gardening.

Back to work with a bang, but feeling happy to be back.

I started my day on a little high, finishing Module 8 learning 40 days ahead of schedule. I only have the solo project to complete.

Good morning #hachyderms! I had a rude awakening at midnight with our Carbon Monoxide alarm going off and having to call the gas board out. As a result, we have no heating or hot water and I have to drive for several hours to get my son from uni.

Good morning #hachyderms and people of the #fediverse. I hope you have a great day, and that the weather in the UK doesn't cause you too much drama. I'm glad I get to stay and WFH in weather like this, unlike when I was a phone engineer working in all weather's. That wasn't so fun, especially when trying to find work boxes under the snow. Took me 2 hours to clear the snow over what I thought would be a box, turned out it had never been put in. 🤦🏻‍♂️
