Well last night sucked. In bed around 8:30. Tossed & turned for about 2.5 hours but I was very nauseous and had mad acid reflux. Got up around 11pm and that #nausea turned into projectile vomiting of a basically empty stomach so yeah. That was fun. Found some Pepcid AC for the reflux and a Dramamine for the nausea. Still took me a while to actually fall asleep. The one thing that did work though (guys I even tried meditation and shit using the UCLA Meditation App) was listening to some #GrooveSalad on @[email protected]. Sleep timer set and I'd say within 10 minutes of listening to some Groove Salad I was asleep. I don't think any of this is related to DST since everything began before Midnight. #sleep #insomnia

More people would listen to NOAA weather radio if it had some chill groove music in the background.
