Enjoyed presenting on Day 1 of Drupal GovCon -- Data Analysis of Drupal, Government and Best Practices

TLDR: Drupal is doing better than average, based on most CrUX Core Web Vital evaluations, but we still need to do better for CX.

As a community we can work to improve these scores and improve the digital experience of .gov sites.
