Teste heute die veganen #Frikadellen von Rügenwalder. Bin positiv überrascht, das Brät erinnert mich ganz stark an ein bestimmtes Fleischgericht, nur komme ich gerade nicht darauf welches das ist. Die Konsistenz ist bissfest und das "Fleisch" hat eine angenehme milde Würze.
Ich bin mal wieder positiv überrascht, was mit #Foodengineering heutzutage möglich ist.
