Oh damn. So turns out that (an older version) of #flagger has a bug - if any app in the #kubernetes cluster has no annotations and enables flagger, it will crash. For everyone. Blocking canary deploys for everyone in the cluster. https://github.com/fluxcd/flagger/issues/1277
