- 6 oeufs
- 1,5 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron
- 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
- 1 cuillère à soupe de zaatar
- 2 oignons nouveaux (ou plein de ciboulette)
- une pincée de piment ou une tonne de paprika fuméEt hop on touille avant de balancer ça sur les oeufs tièdes en morceaux, à dévorer avec du pain grillé, une salade verte et des olives (jamais trop d'olive).
