I'm still having fun with #MechanicalKeyboard designs - not sure if it would count as an #ErgonomicKeyboard but the #Ergogen version of this curly 45-key split keyboard design is looking good! Enough keys for all the letters and punctuation (but not numbers and navigation keys without using layers).

The #Absolem / #Ergogen crew has written the perfect code of conduct. Every word is music to my ears.

A) Don't be an asshole.
A2) If you can argue that you’re not technically being an asshole, but recognize that others might consider it asshole behaviour — don’t, that’s being an asshole.

B) If someone’s being an asshole, mention it to a Mod; don't engage and be an asshole yourself.

C) Where possible, be helpful!

D) You know the rules, and so do I…

Tinkering on my own keyboard design. This precision is impressive for a hobby printer.

Started to build another #splitkb #keyboard on the weekend. A lintilla from https://github.com/ctranstrum/lintilla. I’m learning a lot about how these work and especially about #ergogen, which I used to tweak some stuff.

@jelle77 I gave two conferences about keyboard ergonomics last year, and I’ve just been introduced to #Ergogen. I need help.

Update: still on it, but have a clear path to completion now. Once done, I might fork it into something new, maybe with a #3dprinted case? #mechanicalkeyboard #ergogen #ergomechkeyboard

#ergogen v4 has been out for a while already. It looks like it supports custom footprints so I’m taking a stab at upgrading #samoklava to it. A lot of breakage so far 🫣
