Time doesn't exist. It's merely a useful heuristic that humans use for social structure. Duration is more intrinsic. Physics has created a space-time map and confused it with the underlying terrain.

Are there any #duration #formatting #libraries for C++ (#cpp) without overflow? For example, `fmt` can format an `std::chrono::duration`. But it uses regular `strftime` specifiers. So if I have a 90 minute duration and use %M:%S, I'll silently get 30:00 which is wrong. I can do HHMMSS instead, but there's no way to get 90:00. And HHMMSS isn't enough if it's 25 hours.

The strftime syntax is ok, but I need the highest unit to expand instead of overflow. Does everyone just roll their own for this?
