a #Carbonite [backup software] question: How to tell whether I currently have mac1x OR mac2x ? The Carbonite web site is not clear about how to do that, and the Carbonite help bot does not answer questions about it. There is apparently no way to contact a human there. [THE REASON I AM ASKING: Apple keeps sending messages about the upcoming change in supporting old software.]

Anybody else having trouble with #carbonite all the sudden? I have to kill the process from the Task Manager in order to save files - otherwise I get an error message from whatever application I'm trying to save a document from.
Maybe I should restart once in a while...

The "box" (and the stand) was made from plasticard and Han was sculpted from epoxy putty.
