Oofta, I had bashed my head against the Distroshelf/Box Buddy issue early morning before trying to sleep.
Turns out all I needed to do is install Ptyxis Terminal (flatpak) and select that as a preferred terminal. As for whatever reason Foot, the default terminal wasn't good enough for either BoxBuddy or Distroshelf.
Now, I've got the Bibisco RPM installed in my distrobox, and ported into my main operating system!
I've been avoiding package layering on this atomic spin of Fedora Sway, this victory is helpful.

É mais uma distribuição #Linux imutável em XFS, orientada em torno de AppBoxes (um formato autocontido e em caixa de areia, com um repositório derivado da biblioteca de pacotes do #Debian) e de contêineres rootless (daqueles que hoje podemos subir em minutos com o #Podman nos bastidores, usando o #Distrobox e o #Boxbuddy).
Ela adota o #OpenRC como init system. Conta ainda com um utilitário de linha de comando pensado para virtualização com passagem de GPU. É o tipo de sistema para instalar num desktop tradicional ou mini-PC docável, no qual há o desejo de rodar o #Windows em conjunto com o Linux.

@SNThrailkill That's great. Hopefully Distrobox (and #BoxBuddy) will put an option to create "elevated containers" to overlay libraries and root permissions instead of going the RPM-OSTree route and pray it doesn't shit itself next reboot.

How did you install #Syncthing on #Bazzite? I just started using it as well and I'm kinda overwhelmed.
Some things work with classic #dnf but then there's also #DistroBox / #BoxBuddy, #Homebrew and #Ujust and I love all the options but have no idea what to use when.
