@pedersen oh I believe it. #Canonical has gotten orders of magnitude better at this.

My bit is more of precautions than anything.

Funny enough, my daily driver used to be #popos until 24.04 release. 😅 and before that, was #opensuse #tumbleweed or #arch. 🫠

But for stable platform, I've always targeted #ubuntu. I like the bleeding edge to test limits, yet build for production with things that are boring. Makes those migraines disappear. 😅

Five months using #opensuse #tumbleweed daily for work (#unity3d, #defold, #pixijs, #angular, #nestjs...) and gaming (#steam, #gog, #epicgames with #heroic) with no issues at all. Maybe it's time to increase the partition and eat up #windows11 space for good!
