The brands stay Australian. The profits don’t.

A 145 year old Tasmanian brewery gone, 42 jobs lost, production shifted interstate, and we’re told this is just “market efficiency”.
At this rate we’ll end up with nothing actually made locally except property speculation and corporate profits.

[...] gewandt. Daraufhin gab es ein Gespräch mit der #Rathauskoalition 🔴🟢, an dem ich für die #spdratBO teilnahm. Schlussendlich gab es daraufhin die jetzt beschlossene Vorlage, die nach genauer Bezifferung der Mehrkosten eine Summe von knapp 370.000 Euro vorsieht. Das hat gestern der Sozialausschuss, wie der Ausschuss gerne verkürzt genannt wird, beschlossen! 😀
