Auch bei der 2. Powerbank scheinen die LiPos den Geist aufzugeben. Sie braucht ewig zum Laden und wird recht warm sowohl im Lade- als auch im Entladezyklus.
Mal schauen ob ich irgendwo günstig Ersatz bekomme und ein kleines BMS für zwei 3.7 V LiPo.Kennt da jemand was passendes?

#teardown einer meiner Powerbanks. Um das Gehäuse unfallfrei zu öffnen muss man zuerst das geklebte Solarpanel vorsichtig lösen und entfernen, darunter sind dann vier Schrauben.
Einer der beiden parallelgeschalteten #LiPo-Akkus ist schon arg aufgebläht. In meinen Augen fehlt hier eine Ladereglung für die beiden Akkus.
Mal schauen ob ich da günstig neue Akkus bekomme, evtl direkt mit einem #BMS -

For instance: how big of a red flag is is that the HVAC vendor appears to be doing the majority of the BMS programming (to be fair it only has HVAC systems connected to it, which is another problem), and the management laptop doesn't appear to have ever had a valid client license, just a succession of trial licenses? (Schneider EcoStruxure if that would change your answer)

Anybody here a Building Management System nerd / person? I have accidentally landed on my condo board now in addition to being the unofficial maintenance guy and would like to figure out if we should be firing our BMS vendor or just telling them to get their shit together.

Компания Volts выпускает накопители электрической энергии для квартир и домов. Мы уже бывали на их производственной площадке два года назад — и вот вернулись снова. С первых минут стало ясно, что производство заметно изменилось: появилась собственная ультразвуковая сварка аккумуляторов, автоматическая сортировка ячеек, SMD-монтаж плат управления, уличная версия корпуса и обновленная BMS. То, что раньше обсуждали как перспективу, теперь работает в регулярном режиме. US Warns Hidden #Radios May Be Embedded In Solar-Powered #Highway Infrastructure - Slashdot/
The 4-page #security note, said that undocumented cellular radios had been discovered "in certain foreign-manufactured power #inverters and #BMS ," referring to #battery management systems.
The note, which has not previously been reported, did not specify where the products containing undocumented equipment had been imported from, but many inverters are made in #China.

My #BMS #PCBs arrived from @aislerhq and they look nice. I designed it because I couldn't find 3S BMS for #LiFePO4 cells and didn't like the voltage thresholds of the cheap #LiIon ones.
It uses the #BQ77915 chip from #TexasInstruments. Size is 63x50mm.
While fetching all components according to the BOM, I noticed the #diode had the #footprint SOT-323 assigned. I only have SOT-23 ones :blobcatgoogly:
I'm glad that I can still make it fit, and the third leg isn't used at all (it's a single diode).
Can't wait to find some time to finish soldering a few and try them out.
It supports 3S up to 5S, and I added #silkscreen part to mark how it's configured.
The back has detailed instructions, so I don't forget them. -
