The latest issue of the Blues News magazine (https://www.bluesnews.fi/en/magazine/) was waiting for me in the mail box when we came back from a trip on Friday.
The issue contains a very long and detailed article (in Finnish) on the career of the 1950s rhythm & blues singer Ann Cole, which took me a couple of months to write this spring. I cannot really judge it objectively, but at least this was the first time that one of my articles ended up as the cover story.
In any case, for me the highlight of the issue is Heikki J. Koskinen's excellent piece on AI, blues, and the future of popular music.
