#BlackWorkers #prioritize their #MentalWellbeing more than any other #RacialGroup - according to a survey by the employment platform Oyster.
The platform #surveyed more than 2,500 #DeskBased - knowledge employees & found that more than 58 % of #Black workers globally chose their mental #wellbeing as their #TopPriority .
#Asian respondents came in second at 37.7 %.

The entire increase in unionization in 2022 was among workers of color who saw an increase of 231k; white workers saw a decrease of 31k. #Blackworkers continue to have the highest unionization rates: 12.8% v 11.2% for white workers, 10% for #latinx workers and 9.2% #aapi workers.
