Some lovely and wonderful people from the town of Biloela. Smart people at that. They achieved so much, against all the odds. Just beautiful people.
Also remembering what an absolute dirt bag Peter Dutton proved himself to be. So much needless pain and harm to this family, for year and years.
I know there's precious little difference between the ALP and LNP sometimes, but on this occasion there is a world of difference. The bar for decency is pretty low in Australia.

I used to live in the next town over, and it’s gratifying to see the #Nadesalingam family finally thriving as part of #Biloela's community. The lengths #ScoMo’s government—and particularly then-Home Affairs Minister #Dutton—went to in order to make an example of them were both ludicrouslty excessive and shameful.
