ok so it seems like they are transitioning to some new system, while also somehow keeping the old one (?)
#logseq has a lot of open issues, most of them don't seem to get resolved. On Android, I can only use backspace to delete blocks if I use GBoard or Samsung Keboard - no FOSS keyboard :((
And I've read some things about data loss and privacy issues when using the "publish" feature.
I think I'll try something else. Any suggestions? I'm considering #joplin , #appflowy , #siyuan , #beavernotes , #zettlr

#BeaverNotes 3.7.0 is out! This update includes markdown importer fixes, a better drawing block, improved Mermaid block, UI fixes, and a new context menu. Apple Silicon Mac users should install beaver-notes via brew install beaver-notes to replace the deprecated beaver-notes-arm without data loss (you may need to re-add the app to your dock). Say hi to the new mermaid block, based on mermaid.js. It allows you to insert diagrams and charts in your notes by simply typing ::mermaid in the editor. Much like the Math Block, the mermaid block has been built for Beaver to provide the best user experience and make your notes yours.

Integrations are coming to #BeaverNotes! This new feature will allow compatible third-party apps, like web clippers and to-do apps, to create and delete notes and labels.

Third-party apps will need user permission to interact with Beaver. Users will choose what permissions to grant, when to disable the integration, or completely revoke access. Third-party apps will only operate on the data they generate and won't be able to access the content of your notes.

#BeaverNotes 3.2.0 is now out! First, we are proud to announce that #ukrainian is now among the languages supported by Beaver Notes, alongside #spanish. For this release, we fixed focus mode and auto sync, added the alt + drag and drop feature to embed files, #redesigned the settings, and improved the #ui. Hey everyone, we've got a big update on #BeaverPocket. Soon, it will be available on Android and will support syncing with Dropbox, Nextcloud, iCloud, WebDAV, and OneDrive, with more platforms to follow. This change comes after realizing that manual syncing is too cumbersome for most users. However, the option for manual sync will still be available. Beaver Notes, on the other hand, won't adopt these changes, as they would regress from the freedom that #BeaverNotes' syncing method offers. #foss
